The Ketogenic Way of Life - Week 2 05/07/2017 Monday, May 1, 2017 Day 8 - Starting blood sugar: 158. Still SO happy with my blood sugar...even though it's the same as yesterday. I kinda' had a feeling I might be bottoming out...so now I need to figure out what (if anything) I need to do to get it lower.
